Support your community and become a volunteer for the 31st Annual GrapeFest - A Texas Wine Experience, presented by Bank of the West! A variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals and organizations are available.
Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age. All volunteers working in adult beverage areas must be 21 and up. Volunteer Headquarters is located at the Founders building, 701 S. Main St. Do not leave your assignment unattended. No smoking or alcohol consumption prior to or during your shift. GrapeFest volunteers are required to wear their official GrapeFest Volunteer T-Shirt during their shift. Clothes must be clean and presentable.
During GrapeFest, all volunteers are encouraged to park at Lot #2 at The Grapevine Public Library. The shuttle from this location drops-off and picks-up at the South gate of the festival which is closest to Volunteer Headquarters.
Volunteer Orientation will be held Thursday, August 31 at 7 p.m. at the Palace Arts Center located at
300 S. Main St.
A Volunteer Appreciation Dinner will be held after the festival at the Grapevine Convention Center on Thursday, September 28 at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate the efforts of all volunteers.
GrapeFest Volunteers must sign in and out for every shift.
